The Uber Shop If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return it within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the item less shipping. The order number and reason for the return must accompany the item. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received and it must be smoke free and with original tags.
If the item is defective or not as described, email us first with the problem. We will send a return label and you may then follow the return policy as stated above. When the item is received by us and is determined to be defective or not as described, we will then issue a complete refund including the original shipping paid.
